    Heat deflection temperature reaches 130–140°C, with continuous use above 120°C, outperforming standard PC. Suitable for under-hood automotive parts, drone frames, and other high-temperature applications.
  3. High Strength-to-Weight Ratio & Mechanical Performance
    Tensile strength increases to 70–85 MPa while retaining PC’s inherent toughness. The composite offers excellent rigidity without the weight of metal—perfect for lightweight engineering designs.
  4. Professional Printing Requirements
    Recommended settings: nozzle 270–300°C, bed 90–110°C. Must be printed in an enclosed, heated chamber to prevent cracking. Highly hygroscopic—dry at 80°C for 6–8 hours before use. Hardened steel nozzle required due to abrasive carbon fibers.
