Important Note: PETG-CF is hygroscopic—dry before printing (65°C for 6–8 hours) to avoid bubbles, poor layer adhesion, or nozzle clogging. Store in a dry, sealed container with desiccant.
Recommended Settings for Carbon Fiber PETG Plus :
Nozzle Temperature: 240–260°C
Bed Temperature: 70–85°C
Print Speed: 30–80 mm/s (slower than standard PETG to reduce nozzle wear and ensure layer bonding)
Cooling Fan: 40–70% (excessive cooling may weaken interlayer adhesion)
