1. Origin of Shipment

All orders are currently dispatched from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China. We are actively developing partnerships with third-party overseas warehouses to offer more fulfillment options in the future.

2. Supported Destinations

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, excluding Mainland China.
In rare cases where your address cannot be served due to carrier restrictions (e.g., certain remote or restricted areas), we will contact you before confirming your order.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

✅ Free Shipping (for select regions)

  • Available for destinations closer to China.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7–9 business days from the shipment date.

🌊 Sea Freight (for remote or distant regions)

  • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) – all import duties and taxes included.
  • The carrier will deliver the package directly to your door (final-mile carrier cannot be specified).
  • Transit time: 35–45 calendar days.

📦 Express Courier (optional)

  • You may select your preferred international courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, etc.).
  • Courier shipping fees and any customs-related charges at the destination are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Delivery time varies based on the selected courier’s estimated service time.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to:
    • P.O. Boxes
    • APO/FPO (military) addresses
  • Shipments to carrier-defined remote areas may not be supported. Please ensure your address is valid and capable of receiving international packages.

💡 Tip: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or failed delivery.

5. Safety Recommendation

If you are ordering high-value items, please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is secure; or
  • You provide a reliable pickup point (e.g., a trusted neighbor or parcel locker).
    We recommend proactively contacting the carrier as your package approaches its destination to facilitate smooth receipt.

  • Wooden crate reinforcement: For large or heavy parcels to enhance transit safety.
