A1: Try using the USB flash drive we provide to transfer the sliced files directly to the printer. Check if the printer firmware needs updating, restart both the printer and router, or review the printer's network settings to ensure proper configuration. If it is not convenient to move the router or the printer, you can try creating a Wi-Fi hotspot using your mobile phone, and connecting the printer to it.
